Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Delhi

You will be welcomed by our representative on arrival at International Airport of Delhi and transferred to your hotel. (Note: Standard hotel check-in time is 1300 Hrs, early Check-in might incur extra charges).
Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi

Enjoy breakfast at hotel and leave for the visit of New and Old Delhi. Visit Old Delhi with the Jama Masjid, followed by a walk / cycle rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk market. In the afternoon, visit Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar with an orientation tour of Govt. Building & Rajpath in New Delhi.
Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 3: Delhi – Jaipur

240 Kms, 05h30 Drive
Enjoy breakfast at hotel, drive to Jaipur. Arrive and check-in at the hotel.
Afternoon at leisure.

Day 4: Jaipur

After breakfast at hotel, leave for a visit to Amber, with a photo stop at Hawa Mahal en route. You can climb till Fort either on Elephant back, Jeep ride or through beautiful paved way. Later, in the afternoon, proceed for a visit of the City Palace, Observatory and the Local Market walk.
Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 5: Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra

240 Kms, 05 Hrs Drive
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then leave for Agra. En-route stop to explore the UNESCO world heritage city of Fatehpur Sikri. Continue to Agra for the visit of the Agra Fort before check-in at the hotel.
Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 6: AGRA – JHANSI – ORCHHA by train

Enjoy your breakfast, then check out to proceed for the visit of Taj Mahal at sunrise.
(NOTE: Taj Mahal remains closed on Friday; early morning visit depends upon weather conditions)
Later, transfer to the railway station to catch the train to Jhansi (Note: Train tickets need to be purchased in advance) On arrival at Jhansi, transfer to your hotel in Orchha (16 kms – 30 mins)
In the afternoon, visit Orchha Palaces and Temples.
OPTIONAL: Aarti (prayer) ceremony at Ram Raja Temple.

Day 7: ORCHHA – KHAJURAHO

175 Kms, 05 Hrs Drive

After breakfast, drive to Khajuraho. The town of Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh is famous for its World Heritage temples classified by UNESCO. In the afternoon, visit the famous Eastern and Western group of Temples.
Overnight stay in Khajuraho.

Day 8: KHAJURAHO / VARANASI by flight

After breakfast, free to relax at the hotel. Later transfer to the airport to take a flight to Varanasi. On arrival at Varanasi, transfer to your hotel.

Day 9: VARANASI

Early morning head to the sacred river Ganges for a boat ride followed by a visit of the Ghats.
Back to the hotel for breakfast. Later, drive to Sarnath – where Buddha gave his first sermon. In the evening, enjoy a tour of the Ganges and its ghats by boat, culminating with the evening Aarti ceremony.
Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 10: VARANASI / DELHI by flight

Morning is free to relax at the hotel. Later transfer to the airport to take a flight to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi, transfer to the International Airport to take a flight to your onward destination.
